Dear members,
My mother made a settlement deed to my sister 3 years back(property-land is on my mother name). My mother has stated that " at the time of my sister's marrage(1980) they have given the property(land) to my sister, now she is doing the registeration(2009)". My sister got married in 1980. some part of the land purchased in 1983,1996. How far this settlement is legal. Can I question this in the court?
