Dear experts,
If a mother has 4 children, say a son and 3 daughters. She wants to bequeath her only immovable property to only her 3 daughters. In this case can she settle the property in the name of the 3 daughters through a single Settlement deed? In other words can we settle one property in the name of multiple heirs through a single settlement deed? Or can settlement deed be used only to settle property in name of one heir and NOT multiple?
If so, Can it be done using some other deed like say gift deed etc? Please clarify.
