Whether unilateral cancellation of a Settlement deed is valid?

No it is not valid, it has to be bilateral

If the settlor had reserved the right of alienation,then the settlement is void abintio.no need to cancel it.If the settlement is conditional ,and the condtion is not fulfiled then the setllement can be cancelled unilatorolly.
