Hi Sir,
My friend has one son and one daughter. He has self-earned some propertly. Sometime back he executed a settlement deed of 2 property on his son without knowledge of his daughter. Can his dauther challenge the settlement deed ? Is she have equal rights on all her father's properly even though her father executed a settlement deed on his son ?

Property is Self earned property so your friend can do whatever he likes, matter of equal right over the property will arise only after the life time or your friend, so your friends daugher can not able to challenge the settlement deed.
