Hello,
In the settlement agreement with the Builder what are the points we need to include in that agreement or need to check in terms of monetary and any clause.
Is there any prescribed format of Settlement agreement for the case of civil suit regarding the Flat case.
Any other important point if anybody wants to add in the above mentioned questions.
