Can a settlement deed be revoked by registering a deed before it is acted upon and accepted without going to court. When a deed of transfer of property comes into effect from the date of registration of deed.When the possession transfer on the date of registration or the date of patta transfer of actual delivery? leagally accepted point of time of effect of the deed of settlement
The above settlelment contains that to maintain the settlee ,the settlee and settlor to enjoy commonly during the life time of the stler and no right to both of them to encumber the property singly.the reinght of patta transfer and to pay land tax is coming to the setlee after the lifetime of the settlor.whther it constitute vailid settlement as per Trust Act.
