Setting aside it own order

Respected experts, I would like to know whether the Division bench (High Court) of Chief Justice has power to set aside the order/Judgment of earlier Division bench of Chief Justice of the same High Court under a Review Petition and direct for Rehearing of the original case ? Is it true that setting aside can only be done by a superior court is the supreme court ? Please suggest.
