Services eligible under seis

Respected Sir,

We want to apply for SEIS benefits. Our business activities are coming under Research & Development "clinical/contract research Organisation & BA/BE center".

Can you please guide us that whether our services are eligible for SEIS benefits, can we apply for it?

Thanks,

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses whether services offered by clinical or contract research organisations and BA/BE centres are eligible for SEIS (Services Export from India Scheme) benefits. The initial query seeks guidance on applying for these benefits for R&D activities. Responses suggest checking the DGFT website for detailed eligibility criteria and application procedures, advising to use full forms for clarity in any future queries.

Instead of posting your question in abbreviated form, which are generally not available in legal practice. It would be better to mention/ use full form, if there is any dispute and you are seeking some obligation of experts.
