I am about to purchase an under construction flat in Navi Mumbai from a person who has purchased it from builder i.e. it is resale property which is under construction. The seller is ready to provide me builder NOC.
I want to ask that, will I be eligible for Service Tax or not?
Does a builder NOC means no dues including service tax also?
