sir i am working in a leading tamil magazine as a staff reporter from 2002 june to 2013 january.my whole service is continous service without break.but the company perrmanent me in may 2007.the epf subscripion deducted from my salary from may 2007. i am resign my job in january 2013. my eligible service for calculating gratuity and encashment leave? any expert describe me.

If you were not apprentice as per Apprenticeship Act or Trainne as in standing orders you should be eligible for PF.
Rest look into enactments that apply e.; Shop & Estbs Act, etc.
If you are unable to resolve seek help of a very able counsel specializing in Labor/Service matters before employer claims that your reprsentation is time barred.
