Service of erit of summon

I filled summary suit in thane court and then the defendant appeared and objected about the jurisdiction and accordingly plaint was returned. now I filled the suit in mumbai city civil court and again attempted to serve by way of registered post however packet come back with remark left. now what to do.

Kindly see the registered address of defendant first.if found appropriate you can pray for alternative mode of service.also pray for another service by regd post back due.postman report and his evidence may be necessary.if Ad card does not come back in 30 days it may be presumed as satisfactory service.if address is correctly written refusal also a proper service of summons.
