The facts posted are not clear, repost if you feel to be considered and obliged by experts on this platform.

However, what is the opinion and advise of the lawyer engaged / paid by you who is well aware of facts and circumstances of the case besides the fact that your lawyer is an able, competent, intelligent and duty bound to satisfy your questions / queries?

My advocate inform that it's not necessary to send documents to respondent from our side

It is your duty to provide copy of the document(s) filed by you in your case and right of opposite party to get a copy of whatever you have filed in the court.

But in this matter legal representation not present before Cunsomer forum even summon received by the respondents.  Whereas they ask copy of our submission by email or by post.

My advocate inform that we are not bound to provide it

Seek your valuable guidance sir.

It is better to replace your lawyer with some other local prudent lawyer.

When you are filing a consumer grievance, the paperwork hand-off doesn't happen directly between you and the company. At the time of filing, you do not give anything directly to the respondents (the opposite parties) yourself.

Instead, you must submit extra, completely identical copies of your entire case file to the Consumer Commission Registry. Once the commission reviews and formally admits your case, the court registry will officially serve those exact sets to each respondent.

Actually you are required to furnish copies to the opponent along with the copies of the documents you have filed, however you can ask them to collect the same from you on the next date of hearing in the court hall itself, but you may follow the advise of your advocate because it will be he the one who is handling the case in the court.
