Service matter clearly pending in cput

Any govt. Department post, can abolish, even the same post issue/ case is pending in court, please reply and suggest in this case, is Department is doing rightly ?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether government departments can abolish posts even when related cases are pending in court. While government orders permit post abolishment, permanent employees are typically redeployed. A key consideration is whether a court stay order has been granted on the pending litigation.

Yes. Posts may be abolished as per Government orders.  But the employees in that post are permanent, they will be deployed.
