There are 4 posts of JEs at a station. 3 JEs A, B & C are posted there. A is having the charge of 2 posts. X is transferred there vice A and X joins and assume the chrge of 2 posts from A and A is relieved.

Now the transfer orders of B&C have been issued and X is being insisted to take charge from B& C. If he does so. the workload of 4 posts would be on him.

Kindly suggest the remedy.

There in no remedy. He will have to take charge of all the 4 post and perform to the best of his ability. He may put on record his difficulties in handling all the 4 post which may protect his insterest in case of any eventuality in future.
