Sir my name is Kumar from a.p I am working as Postal assistant in Department of Posts with grade pay Rs.2400/- from 29.08.2010.
Now i have got assistant in ministry of Railways through Staff Selection Commission. I produced NOC from Department of Posts at the time of Interview.
I have some queries abou my service
1) Will my service counted for promotional benefits in Railways?
2) If so,
Am i eligible to tender Technical Resignation?
