Sirs,
in a registered case against a post office employe IPC 420,
1 Charge sheet given to employee by postoffice says that concerned employee left office at 2.30 daytime,
2 In his statement to court same postoffice says that same employee left office at 3.30 daytime.
Which point 1 or 2 shoul be true, valid and acceptable in court? Who will get the final benefit of two different thought at a time and how? What must be the final decision by court as per Indian Laws?
