Sequence of steps for the property sale by an nri in navi mumbai

Dear team,

Good Day

If an NRI is living out of India and wants to sale his registered property in Navi Mumbai.

But he wants to visit only once or twice that to be just finish the registration and transaction process.

How should he plan for this? This is very important to know the sequence of each steps in this so that he prepare himself for each step in advance or follow up the agent and lawyer.

Engage a Power of Attorney. This allows the attorney to handle most tasks related to the sale.

The attorney can help with property valuation, marketing, and finding a buyer.

The attorney can negotiate the sale agreement with the buyer.

The NRI can execute the sale deed through the PoA during one of the visits to India, or the attorney can handle it if the NRI grants specific powers for execution. 

The sale deed needs to be registered in the local ub-registrar's office in Navi Mumbai. This  can be done by the attorney on behalf of the NRI with a PoA.
