Senior officer is harassing/troubling

i am group-D employee in railway...one of my senoir officer is forcing me to drive his car...and on refusing it he is thretning me to suspend from duty....he is marking me absent since last two months and not allwoing me to join my regular duty.....

even while driving his car he keep insulting me and harasses me....make me to work for more than 12 hours and no overtime is provoded....and also this isnt my duty.....

i had complaint aganist him to my other seniors and also to divsinal head(GM and others) but nobody is helping me they had not taken any action aganst that officer and didnt helped me to jaoin my duty.....i have not get my salary since last three months.....

please help....

Go before the labour authorities and complaint for victimization. As far as salary is concerned, approach the payment of wages authorities.

in your case it is CAT. But you hv eto have proofs that you intend joining duty and you are nto unauthroisedly absent.

YES I WANT TO JOIN MY REGULAR DUTIES THAT IS WHY I HAVE COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM TO OTHER OFFICERS IN WRITTEN AND SENT IT TO THEM VIA SPEED POST...PLZ SUGGEST ME HOW HANDLE THE CASE AND WHAT LEGAL ACTIONCAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM...
