We,some 25 senior citizens have approached to Bombay High court for our superannuation case.As the first date was 7/2/2013 and was heard and judge declared as " Not before me".Until then though the dates were given by court the case did not get heard.I learnt form the article that The Chief justice of India has informed to all courts in India to give priority to court cases of senior citizens.In such case how to apply to chief justice of Bombay High court?Our lawyer is saying that to confirm the date is not her job.So kindly give me the specimen of application to be written to chif justice of bombay high court for giving priority to our case.
