Sending summons

I have filed for divorce.i have been separated for 13 yrs . I haven't seen them for the last 8 yrs.Dont know the address.how to send the notice.is email service,SMS or any other mode is allowed????I heard recently they have served through Whatsapp...how to convince them

absolute incomplete query, you even forget (hide) to mention your s*x, wife or husband, however use of "THEM" indicates you are wife. 

put your query again in proper mode containing complete facts.

If you are unable to locate your husband/wife, and the court deems you have made sufficient effort to look for your spouse, you could file an application and get permission from the court to publish a notice of the divorce in the newspaper or to post a divorce notice in the courthouse.

Please note, after the filing of the petition for divorce, you will have 60 days to try and serve notice to your spouse. (If you need more time, you’ll have to file a request to the magistrate or ask the court for more time at your first hearing.)
