Selling of dda flat : how to stop

My father and my mother purchased a dda flat and power of attorney is in my father's name. Apart from this there is a will in name on my father for the house from the original owner of the flat. My mother is no more now. We are currently 4 member, me, my wife, my sister and my father. My father is trying to sell this property , can i legally stop him from doing so?

Sir,

Is the property registered in your father and mother name or it's just the Will and POA in your father's name.

In which year the property was purchased and Is the POA and Will registered ?

Warm Regards

Hi Sir,

It's just the Will and POA in my father's name. The flat was purchased in 1989. The flat is not free hold yet. And for the will and POA, i am not sure if its registered. Please suggest.

Thanks & Regards

Gupta
