I want to know whether selling branded packaged food items through online websites ie. ebay.in without FPA licence is punishable? If yes, what is the maximum punishment for it? I mean, if i buy a branded company packed food item ie. milk powder and sell it in ebay.in without any licence, is it punishable? if yes, whats the maximum punishment i would have to face? In case of other issues, ie. food poisoning, who would be responsible: producer, me or both?
