Selling flat on collector land in mumbai

Hi,

I own flat on collector land in Mumbai.

I want to sell this flat. Society has requested NOC from collector for selling the flat.

My question is do we really need collector NOC or Society NOC is sufficient?

If I need to obtain collector NOC( if mandatory), what is the procedure/charges. Is there any documentation available for this matter.

Hello,

You have to get NOC from collector and from society both. Charges differs and based on area and location of land.

Thanks Shirish for your prompt reply. Locality is Andheri West- model town. Flat area is carpet 425 sq ft. Could you please tell me approx. Charges for collector NOC and time it will take from collector side.
