Quick Summary
This discussion explores the validity of a land sale document from 1998 that was completed without stamp duty or registration. The consensus is that such a document is inadmissible as evidence and is considered 'waste paper' by the court. It cannot be treated as a sale deed or be considered by legal proceedings.

Inadmissible in evidence.

It is not a sale deed but a waste paper.

Advocate Bhartesh goyal (advocate)     22 July 2023

Such type of document can't be termed as sale deed and neither it is admissible in evidence nor considerable by court.
