Self made property claim

Respected Lawyers,

we are two brothers and one sister, father is govt. employee, Mother is housewife, Sister is married. my father have evicted me before four years due to my marriege. My father have self made property i.e a house in Jalandhar, Delhi and UP, The Land in UP is Ancestral but the house made on that is self made from my father, Now i want to claim for the same. and is there any need to file the case in different states where the property exists. and in how many existing peoples it will be divided. What is the initial step to start the case and in how many herrings it will be accomplished.

                With regards

                Ishan Kansal

You do not have any rights on your father own property unless he gives to you on his own wills & fancies. You can ask your share in ancestrol property only.
