fOR EXAMPLE:
IN A RAPE CASE THE POLICE OR COURT DIRECTING TO GIVE THE ACCUSSED PERSONS BLOOD SAMPLES,HAIR,NAILS ETC...,
HOWFAR IT IS JUSTIFYCABLE
IS IT NOT SELF INCRIMINATION?
IS IT NOT AGANIST FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES?
