Court willnot compell any one to give evidence aganist himself if so the compelled person need not give the evidence aganist himself.But in some cases court compelling to give blood sampels for DNA  etc..,howfar it is justifyable plz comment it

fOR EXAMPLE:

IN A RAPE CASE THE POLICE OR COURT DIRECTING TO GIVE THE ACCUSSED PERSONS BLOOD SAMPLES,HAIR,NAILS ETC...,

HOWFAR IT IS JUSTIFYCABLE

IS IT NOT SELF INCRIMINATION?

IS IT NOT AGANIST FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES?

CLARIFFY ME......
