Hi,

Thanks for you comments, In the registered Will it is very clearly written that her property goes to my father.

If property not situated in Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta registered will sufficient.

If property situated in Metro city will should be propated.

From your wording it appears that property has been vested on your father as per the will and if your father is alive you can not clain any share.

FATHER IS ABOLUTE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND HAS EVERY RIGHT TO DISPOSE OF THE PROPERTY DURING HIS LIFE TIME , BIRTH RIGHT IS ONLY AVAILABLE IF THE PROPERTY IS INHERITED BY FATHER FROM HIS ANCESTER
