I would like to know about provisions and precedents on the following facts
A well public sector bank stared its recruitment process before one year in the month of feb.-March 2011. and it had conducted its examination in the month of may - june 2011. above bank has been completed all its process related to recruitment including it interview in the month of September.
Since than long time has been passed but bank did nothing for the recruitment , even it did not display any notice of its websites.and suddenly in the month of Feb. 2012 the said bank dispached a letter to all is aspirent who had faced interview, to get there fees sumitted at the time of summition of the Form on Individual Basis. The reason for the cancellation is given the bank is Adminstrative Problems .
