Seeking advice

Hi My Dear Members,

Greetings to everyone. I need a legal advise related to one civil issue. I have given some amount to my friend for his personal reasons/use. When he took the amount from me He said that he will return the same with interest in 2 to 3 months. It has been year since then he is keep postponing by telling some stories. I helped him in his worst situations by taking the money from a different source. Now i am getting the serious troubles and pressures from the 3rd party from whom I took the money for giving it to my friend. Now my friend is not responding and keep on postponing the dates. I have to get the solution as soon as possible for this problem. I have the valid promissory notes, and the other proofs like online bank transaction records and voice/video records which proofs that he took the amount from me. During my last visit to he tried to threaten and scare me too. Sometimes he tried to scare me by telling the peoples names who are working in public service. Could you please guide me to solve this problem. I need to solve this problem as soon as possible as I am getting pressures from 3rd party. Thanks in advance.

	We had taken personal loan from a public sector bank in 2004. we paid interest along with instalments for some period regularly and afterwards unable to pay the loan.So, the bank went to the court in the year 2007 and proceedings went on for some time and the court finally strike off the case the year 2010 for the reason the bank manager at the time of issuing loan had not attended the two trails.Recently we received notice from the court asking to attend personally or with a lawyer to record obligations regarding the case.what is my further step? Money lent to freinds and relatives is a charity  in the garb of loan.  Never intended to be refunded.

Greetings of the day!

I am Gaurav, living in Pitampura in New Delhi.

This issue is regarding seepage due to improper installation of water pipe lines in my neighbour's house residing immediately above our floor.

We have been living in unease for long time and have also renovated the house few years back, but again this issue has left the walls in poor condition. 

That person is so reluctant that he is not even bothering to come and see the situation of our house even after discussing the issue multiple times with him.

Kindly suggest how can we get through this problem to get this resolved at earliest.
