Need help in knowing if there is any section in Law where in we can initiate an FIR or take action against individual for keeping domestic animal, & leaving it in other's property which the animal destroys. As well as the owner of the animal uses it as reason to fight if the animal is made to go out of the property or if the owner is told to stop letting the animal enter our premise.
The story goes as follows:- We have a property dispute with one of our relative which is in court, they happen to share boundary with us and breaks the boundary if repaired , He has cattle's and he lets the cattle enter into our property to destroy things. When confronted or if the cattle is made to go out he starts fighting and abusing. Please let me know if the there is any law which can be of help to us in case while getting FIR registered. Also if there is any section of law which can also get help us in getting the cattle's seized by the authorities/ Police for not feeding properly /not taking care properly/ letting it destroy others property/ as well as letting it move here and there, using it as a means to start fight.
