Can a private security person hired through contractor for plant security be counted as a factory worker or not?? Please revert.

If you can prove that the contract between the principal employer and the contractor is a sham one, then security guard is a worker of factory. If not, he is a contract worker under the contractor. It is security worker's responsibility to prove that the contract is a sham one.
