What is HMA Section-9.
One side Wife is continuesly putting false elligation on her husband. and on other side she also applies for section-9...........
looking above point husband is not willing to keep his wife along with him.
How can court force a person to keep his wife along with him because husband will always feel insecured
with his wife.

While filing reply to RCR, you can file counter claim for divorce and carve out divorce grounds. It will minimize legal expenses. The court will consider on the basis of evidence, whether she is entitled to RCR or you are entitled to divorce or both are not entitled to any relief. Separate divorce petition is expensive and by moving S. 24 application again, she will prolong your divorce case, where as she takes expeditious steps for RCR disposal. So go for counter claim in the same RCR.
