section 301(2) of criminal procedure

whether a defacto complainant has right to oppose anticipatory or bail application filed by accused. If so under what provisions. Kindly also enlist list of citations in this regard.

Sir, practically speaking, the de facto complainant is always allowed to oppose the bail application.

You can can Intervene Petition u/s. 301(2) Cr.P.C. through a lawyer and strongly object the anticipatory bail application, but granting or declining anticipatory bai is fully discretionary power of the Sessions Court/Highcourt
