Section 279 and 337

Respected legal Advisors, I was driving my car on 19th August, I overtaken one bike person suddenly he fell down on my back door of car and he might injured as per he filled FIR to police against me , now I given my vehicle 2 police station along with original papers as per demand of cops, then day after tomorrow I have to go to court to release my vehicle. My question is this 1 should I call to victim for settlement? 2. Should I felt guilty plea or pay fine, (will it effect on future) 3. Should I fight d case against that person
