Section 25 cpc clarification

S-22 to 25 deal with transfer of cases. S.22 stipulates that a transfer has to be sought at the earliest opportunity after notice to the other party. S.25 which deals with Supreme Court's power to transfer imposes no such restriction, because there may be a case where a party relocates at the fag end of the trial and is needy enough, and seeks a transfer.
