Section 24 of hma

Dear Members and Friends... please help me...After filing of a petition for divorce by husband,section 24 application has been filed by wife...Does she need to file WS before order for maintainance...

No need to proceed .

It will depend up on the discretion of court how to proceed and what to produce.

Please elaborate...do wife need to file WS on next date..and about the next step by the judge...on section 24 application.

WS against the divorce petition... but wife don't want to file... don't want to give divorce..need maintainance first .. wether non filing will attract non compliance.. already taken adjournment...

once u filed hma24 on divorce, divorce proceeding will b stopped, once maintenance of hma24 will b decided by judge thn only divorce will continue, if u dont Like divorce thn contest it.

What is the use of filling 125... maintenance will be only granted in one...and please refer me a case law on divorce proceedings will be stopped until grant of maintenance.
