Sec 194C of IT Act mentions about TDS in respect of payments made to contractor etc. Is it applicable to small parties like individuals Dhobi washing uniforms of employees etc?
I have doubt.Please enlighten.

Irrespective of the person being an individual or a company, if the payment made per contract is Rs.20000 or Rs.50000 p.a, you are supposed to deduct TDS from such payment.
