Section 107 crpc in land dispute.

Section 107 CrPc is filed in land dispute and Police sent the FIR to Executive Magistrate (RDO).

During pendency of  proceedings before RDO.

One of accused arrayed in one side again continues to commit further Criminal trespass.

So, whether in this circumstance, Police could refuse to file and register another case?

What is the relief when police takes comfort and supports one of accused who still commits Criminal trespass in the land under the umbrella of Section 107 CrPC?

when the case is pending before the R.D.O, on the first appearance he will receive a bond from the accused, again trespaas by any of the accused its breach of bond, if you are brought to the knowledge of the RDO he will take action against him, and there is chance to sent him to judicial custody, further u have a right also to complaint before the concern SHO.
