OUR SECRETARY IS THE JOINT OWNER OF HIS FLAT, HE HOLDS 10% SHARE & HIS NAME STANDS SECOND IN SHARE CERTIFICATE. FIRST NAME IS OF HIS SON.
MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER HE IS ELIGIBLE TO BECOME SECRETARY OF OUR RESIDENTIAL HOUSING SOCIETY. (MUMBAI)

If you are talking about CEO,who shall be a paid servant of the society.He/She may either be a full-time or part-time paid employee of the Society.

1. The Father is the Joint Share Holder, in the Society. He is entitled to hold post of Secretary, BUT ONLY with the written consent of his Son (vide Society Bye-Law Form no. 10)
