This is muneer here... we are a sunni family, we 3 sons and 1 daughter wanted to partition the father's property...
father earned property by his own hard work... has second wife (married after our mother's death when he was 60+)...
father died 3 years back , not made partiotion of the property... 3 months back second wife also dead... if we wanted to prttion the property will the died second wife (her legal heirs) get any share of our died father's property ??
