Second marriage without divorce

Hello,

I had married on June'2008 in Hindu Marriage Act. But we did not register our marriage in Marriage register office.  After 2 months of marriage, we were living together in my workplace. On January'2009 she was left my house and filed a FIR (498A) on November'2009 against me. She had also took her everything and I gave all articales to her on December'09. She also filed a court case for maintenance. This maintenance case is now running but 498A case file is missing. So, this case is still pending for trial.

Now, I am in love. I want to marry this girl but my wife is not agree to give me divorce. We are both ready to change our community to come close each other. I don't have any legal documents against of my first marriage.  Please give me the solutions. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

No solution if u marry as muslims.

U have to take divorce to marry this new love

At last, if conditions allow, u may start live in with tis girl, without actually marrying her til divorce is obtained

Any marriage between two Hindus solemnized after the commencement of the Hindu Marriage Act is void if at the date of such marriage either party had a husband or wife living and the provisions of Secs.494 and 495 of the Indian Penal Code,1960 shall apply accordingly.
