I guess I did not provide details for an clear answer.

I am a Sunni Muslim and my intention is to get married without divorcing my first wife. Furthermore my second wife to be is a Christian and not she is not an Indian. I know its a complicated case and this is why Lawyers are the only people who can answer my query.
