Folks,
Can foreigners marry in India again with out obtaining divorce ?
What are the legal consequence of such acts ?
Will foreigners be treated in par with locals?
Earlier marriage is subsisting and stuck in court cases. God knows when they will come to logical end.
Foreigner in this case is some one who was born in india and obtained US citizenship.

If the foreigner is no more an Indian and hold foreign passport and has become a foreign country citizen, then the foreign marriage act provisions will apply, wherein it forbids such move.
