Sec.73CB: Casual vacancy in management committee to be informed to Election Authority and co-option is not allowed.
Kindly clarify this issue as there is lot of confusion / dispute about this Section amoung Members of Co-operative Housing Society of Ours.

You have raised this question twice earlier in this Forum and I have replied also. Yes, you cannot fill up vacancies by co-option. It creates difficulties and confusion. But what to do? Muhammad Bin Tuglak is running Maharashtra Government.
