Iam a divorcee.
My question is whether a divorced wife can get alimony under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act?
If yes,please give citation.Urgent.

A divorced wife can get permanent alimony under Section 25 of Hindu Marriage Act, maintenance under Section 18 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, Section 125 Cr.P.C. whatever is suitable to her. For that citation is not required.
