Dear,
I am unable understand understand what exactly you want us to know about 145 Cr.P.C/A sample petition? Or What? S.145 Cr.p.C is a complete Code itself.Even 1000 page will be insufficient to write a detailed commentary on each words.
So will you plz be categorically specific so that I may be in position to understand what u in fact wish to know?
