SC settles law on S.438 Cr.P.C (Anticipatory Bail)

Siddharam Satlingappa Mhetre vs State Of Maharashtra And Ors. on 2 December, 2010

Above is the link to a recent judgment by Hon'ble SC of India....its a very well written judgment and clarifies various aspects of Anticipatory Bail.

Worth to be read and discussed.

its a bit lengthy judgment but quite useful....both for lawyers and those who are aspiring to be judicial officers :)
