Save me

Hi, I have given 4 lacs to one person for his business purpose.But now he is not ready to return the money. He has signed 4 promissory notes while taking money from me.But on his name dont have any properties and no job also to him. Please help me to recover the money.I have saved to buy house.Am very upset with this and helpless

has he given you any cheque against those payments to deposiit.

Hi Nikhil, Ya, he has given 2 cheques . I went to bank to enquire on cheques but he has cancelled the cheque book. So i was helpless :(
