Which stamp paper must be used for real estate agreement ? 500 or 100 rs?

The non-judicial papers in denomination values of Rs.10/0, 20/-,50/- and Rs.100/- only. Remaining balance amount to be remitted through bank challan only in case of Telangana state and A.P. state

Talking about the Stamp Duty then for that you have to confirm it from your state. As the Stamp Duty varies from State to State.For ex: In Delhi the Stamp Duty for Agreement is Rs. 50/-. Also, after introducing the e-Stamp Paper from the Government now there is no fixed Denomination left. So if you belong to the State where there is e-Stamp Paper then you can also choose the Denomination accordingly but under the State rules and regulation.
