if amount is less than Ten lac than DRT , securitisation will not apply.

I need to know whether Section 14 of the Securitization Act which provides the Power of Magistrate to help secured creditor in taking over possession of asset can be challanged in writ ? OR DOes DRT has supervisory Power ?
